Terms of Service & Operating Agreement

By clicking "Create Account", "Sign In", or by accessing any services under the domain of AMC Ventures Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

When registering an account with AMC Ventures Group, you agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate Registration: Provide accurate and truthful information during sign-up, including valid email and mobile number details.
• Credential Secrecy: Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your master password, 12-word cryptographic recovery phrase, and passkey devices.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions performed under your AMC Member ID (e.g. AMC000104).
• Unauthorized Access Notice: You must notify AMC Security immediately via Security & Privacy if you suspect any compromise of your account.

AMC Accounts serves as a unified central authentication gateway across the entire AMC Ventures ecosystem (including AMC Mail, AMC Storage, AMC Workspace, and connected third-party integrations).

Signing into your central AMC Account authorizes secure session tokens (JWTs) to authenticate your access across all connected AMC ecosystem platforms without requiring separate logins.

You strictly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Automated Abuse: Running unauthorized web scrapers, credential stuffing bots, or denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) flood attacks against AMC endpoints.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract source code or underlying database schemas.
• Malicious Distribution: Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or phishing campaigns.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity as an AMC staff member, administrator, or another registered user.

AMC Accounts provides open, unified identity management across all connected AMC ecosystem platforms. All registered accounts receive complete access to Single Sign-On (SSO), biometric passkey authentication, and security audit tools without subscription fees or hidden billing charges.

All software, logos, trademarks, visual UI interfaces, source code, and design tokens relating to AMC Ventures Group are the exclusive intellectual property of AMC Ventures Group Ltd.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, AMC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AMC services solely for personal or legitimate business identity management.

A. Account Suspension by AMC

AMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise system stability. Suspended users will be redirected to account-suspended.php or account-banned.php.

B. Permanent Account Deletion by User

You have the absolute right to terminate your agreement with AMC at any time by executing permanent account deletion in Account Settings.

AMC services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While AMC strives for 99.9% operational uptime, we make no explicit warranties that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely immune to unexpected third-party network outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMC Ventures Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMC Ventures Group, its directors, officers, and employees from any third-party claims arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial legal standards without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
